BREDA, 1 juni 2007 – Nu de versterkers in de kelder zijn opgewarmd en Stonehenge is platgespeeld, mogen de fans van het zeer populaire Guitar Hero™ van Activision (Nasdaq: ATVI) zich dit najaar opmaken voor een nog wredere versie van de game. De nieuwe editie komt uit op het PlayStation®2 computer entertainment systeem en het PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment systeem, het Xbox 360™ videogame en entertainment systeem van Microsoft en het Wii™-systeem van Nintendo.

Met de versterker op 11 kunnen de fans van Guitar Hero hun innerlijke rockgod zijn gang laten gaan op de Les Paul- en Kramer-gitaren van Gibson. Daarnaast barst de game uit z'n voegen van nieuwe features en explosieve content, zoals nieuwe wedstrijden voor multiplayers, geweldige eindbaasgevechten, heel veel vrij te spelen exclusieve content en authentieke rockpodia. Met de uitgebreide multiplayermogelijkheden kunnen gitaarbeesten straks wereldwijd strijden om de titel van meest legendarische rocker.
